What is the Gut-Brain Score?
Your Gut-Brain Score (0–100) is calculated from your daily probiotic intake, fiber consumption, sleep hours, mood, and energy levels. It reflects how well you're supporting your gut-brain connection on any given day.

How does the AI Insights feature work?
AI Insights uses Claude (by Anthropic) to analyze your personal health data and generate specific, science-backed recommendations. Your data is sent through a secure proxy — never stored by the AI provider.

Is my health data private?
Yes. Your health data is stored locally on your device. We never sell your data. AI processing uses anonymized data through encrypted connections. You can delete all data at any time in Settings.

How does the free trial work?
Monthly and yearly plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no trial period.

What iPhone models are supported?
BiomeAndMind requires iOS 17.0 or later. It's optimized for iPhone but also works on iPad. An internet connection is required for AI Insights features.

How do I restore my subscription?
Open the app → Inner Circle → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Restore Purchase." Your subscription will be restored if you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BiomeAndMind → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my data?
Go to Inner Circle → Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes all health logs, scores, and preferences from your device. This action cannot be undone.
